Construction and Development of sponge park for Greater Chennai Corporation at Mathur.
Development of sponge park at Mathur MMDA Colony OSR Land in Kosasthalaiyar basin in Division-19, Unit-5, Zone-2. The company ably partnered with M/s.KSM construction pvt Ltd under back to back work contract. The work is being carried out from July, 2025 to February, 2026 (8 months).
Total Value of works executed by this company is Rs.4,06,16,187/-.
Similar project is also being carried out in another OSR land in the same Zone-2 for a value of Rs 8,06,13,375/- back-to-back contract with M/s. Vishnu Projects private limited and to be completed in the same span of time
